Meet Our Founder
Shweta Malhotra - The force behind Acumen!
Self-taught artist and selfie-avoiding photographer Shweta founded Acumen as a one-stop shop for clients who were looking for designs that weren't hollow and strategies that weren't passionless.
Based out of New Delhi, Shweta holds a wide experience in strategic corporate communications- with one eye firmly on the visual arts. In her off-hours, Shweta can be seen on the campuses of India's most prestigious STEM institutes, better known as the IITs. There, she mentors aspiring photographers and sits on the jury at various exhibitions.
Beyond the studio walls, Shweta contributes to several organizations and individuals working to protect underprivileged women. A staunch opponent of micro-management, she empowers her teams to do their very best every day. Her vast experience and disciplined yet easygoing approach is the key force behind every Acumen project.
